Whether you are an experienced orthodontic assistant or a dental professional eager to grow within orthodontics, we are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and committed to excellence. The ideal candidate enjoys combining clinical skill, efficiency, and compassion while maintaining the attention to detail, professionalism, and teamwork necessary to support a thriving orthodontic practice. What You Will Do Prepare patients for orthodontic appointments and procedures Assist the orthodontist with patient care and treatment delivery Take digital scans, photographs, and radiographs as permitted by state regulations Place and remove orthodontic appliances as permitted by state regulations Educate patients on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions Maintain accurate clinical records and charting Prepare treatment areas and ensure clinical supplies are stocked and organized Support efficient patient flow and exceptional clinical experiences Top Performer Traits Our strongest Clinical Technicians typically demonstrate: Patient Care & Customer Service
