Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care with full clinical autonomy

Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients in the Fairbanks community

Diagnose and treatment-plan a broad range of general and restorative dental procedures

Collaborate with a supportive clinical and administrative team

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school

Active Alaska dental license (or ability to obtain one)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits

$300,000+ annual earning potential
