Associate Dentist Locations:
Robertsdale, AL or Mobile, AL We are a growing, patient-focused family dental practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. With location option in both Robertsdale or Mobile, we offer flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive, modern environment that emphasizes comprehensive care. About Us Our practice provides a full range of dental services, allowing our doctors to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming atmosphere and building long-term relationships with our patients and team members. Position Highlights Full-time or flexible scheduling options available Opportunity to work in either Robertsdale or Mobile location Established patient base with strong support staff Modern technology and well-equipped operatories Compensation & Benefits Starting salary of $175,000 annually , with bonus of percentage of production/collections Health insurance provided 401(k) retirement plan Flexible schedule to support work-life balance Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate clinical records Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experience Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Alabama dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical skills across general dentistry procedures Excellent communication and patient care skills Commitment to high standards of care and continuous learning Why Join Us?
