Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:

Experienced dentists may receive approximately $245,000 base plus 33-36% production/collections incentives Total earnings may reach the high $200Ks to $350K+ based on performance

Qualifications Degree:

DDS or DMD.

Licensure:

Arkansas dental license required before start date
