Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, implants and root canals Conduct routine cleanings, preventive care, and oral health screenings Develop and maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental practice management software Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements

Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Active Arizona dental license DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification required Experience in general dentistry; new graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
