Responsibilities:
Lead the day with purpose- kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day. Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support. Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Empower your team
- delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited school Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining ) Controlled Substance License (if required by the state) Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.Compensation:
Earn up to $250,000- 300,000
