Dr. Kelly Hong and the team at Kelly Smiles Dental are seeking a motivated, confident, and experienced Associate Dentist to join our distinguished practice in Victorville, CA. The ideal candidate is comfortable providing comprehensive dentistry and takes pride in delivering high-quality care with a personal, compassionate approach. This is a part-time position (Fridays required) and a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, patient-focused environment.The Practice:
PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base 6 operatories Hygienists on site State-of-the-art equipment, including CT scanner, Digital X-rays, CEREC, and more!Benefits & Perks:

3+ years of experience preferred DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining one) Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage Good work ethic and adaptable INDDROP02Benefits
