ASAP About the Role This is an excellent opportunity to help build and grow a new clinic while providing high-quality, patient-centered dental care. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive dental services, collaborating with a supportive interdisciplinary team, and creating an exceptional patient experience from day one. The dental suite is built out and ready — the right candidate will have input into equipment decisions and workflow development as the practice launches. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions Deliver preventive dental care, patient education, and oral health counseling Diagnose and treat dental conditions while maintaining accurate clinical documentation Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort throughout treatment Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to deliver efficient patient care Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and California Dental Board regulations Help establish and grow a new dental practice by fostering long-term patient relationships and contributing to workflow development Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical supplies in accordance with safety and quality standards Participate in practice growth initiatives and support a positive, team-oriented culture Assist with establishing and growing the new dental practice Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school — required Active California Dental License in good standing — required Active and unrestricted DEA license — required Current BLS/CPR certification — required Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Dentist preferred — new graduates are also welcome to apply Strong customer service skills and computer proficiency Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the dental team Why Apply Through Us?
