Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, covering general dentistry procedures such as dental restorations, root canal therapy, extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgery. Conduct dental procedures with precision, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and other restorative treatments. document medical records accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to state healthcare regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques to prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient patient flow and optimal care delivery. Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure all treatments are properly recorded in medical records. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice general dentistry. Proven experience in a dental office or clinic setting with strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Demonstrated expertise in various specialties including pediatrics, prosthodontics, endodontics and oral surgery. Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques aligned with healthcare guidelines. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds while providing compassionate care. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation requirements.
