In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care, ensuring exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. Your expertise in general dentistry and specialized procedures will contribute to improving oral health outcomes and fostering long-term patient relationships. Duties Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment Use dental imaging technology and medical imaging tools to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency Stay updated on the latest advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery to provide cutting-edge care Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions using clear medical terminology Experience Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with a solid understanding of dental office workflows and patient management Demonstrated proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures Knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control practices, and radiation safety standards Strong background in pediatric dentistry preferred; experience with treating children is highly valued Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations while maintaining professionalism and empathy Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements for handling medical records and patient confidentiality Join us as an Associate Dentist where your skills will be valued in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth.
