Overview Join our dynamic dental team as an Endodontist (General Dentist) and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care! In this role, you will specialize in root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures, ensuring patients receive comfortable, effective treatments that restore their oral health. Responsibilities Perform root canal treatments (endodontics) with precision, ensuring thorough cleaning, shaping, and filling of root canals Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans Diagnose dental conditions using clinical examinations and medical imaging techniques such as X-rays or 3D scans Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless treatment experiences Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures Educate patients on their dental health, treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive practices Qualifications Valid license to practice dentistry with specialized training or certification in endodontics or general dentistry with endodontic experience Proven experience in performing root canal therapy, dental extractions, oral surgery, and other endodontic procedures Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for charting and medical documentation Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and healthcare diagnosis processes Skilled in utilizing dental fabrication tools and medical imaging technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Experience with pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, prosthodontics, and dental implants is a plus but not required Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately Join us to make a difference in patients' lives through expert endodontic care!
