We are a private office with an amazing and supportive staff that thrives in a happy, collaborative environment. Our team includes an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and periodontist, providing comprehensive support for our general dentists. We are looking for a general dentist to work 2-5 days a week. At our office, we value our team members' smiles as much as our patients' smiles. We aim to provide exceptional, lifelong, integrated oral healthcare services. By offering accessible oral healthcare, we enhance the quality of our patients' lives and contribute to their overall health and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
Experience :
Minimum of 2 years as a general dentist.
Clinical Skills :
Ability to perform most general dentistry treatments such as fillings, crowns, bridges, esthetic dentistry, implant restorations, molar root canals, surgical extractions, bone grafts, and laser gum therapy. Ability to treat multiple patients simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
Chairside Manner :
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with patients.
Treatment Planning :
Must be able to effectively communicate treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their care.
Mentorship :
Opportunity to gain from mentorship and develop professionally alongside a skilled team.
