Job Summary Ideal Candidates must have 2 years of treatment coordinating experience in a general dental practice, proficient skills using the internet and computer, and possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies.

MUST HAVE STRONG CASE PRESENTATION SKILLS.

We are looking for an individual who is a hard worker, able to work independently with little to no direction, has excellent customer service skills and can help patients get the treatment they deserve. Position is Part Time. Must have availability Tuesday through Thursday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities Scheduling with production goals for dentist and hygienists Medical/dental claim submission and collections Accounts Receivable Multi-tasking with answering phone calls, reappointing patients, collections Must know Dentrix Must have high rate of case acceptance Spanish speaking a plus!
