Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures by participating in continuing education opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare diagnosis standards, dental terminology conventions, and legal requirements related to medical records management. Skills Proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar platforms for scheduling, documentation, and billing. Extensive knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with specialized skills in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implantology. Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge relevant to oral structures and medical terminology necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, and other complex procedures while maintaining aseptic techniques. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds to foster trust and ensure clear understanding of treatment options. Familiarity with infection control protocols and sterilization processes aligned with OSHA standards. Experience working within a fast-paced dental clinic environment while managing multiple patient cases efficiently. Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis processes combined with excellent client communication skills to deliver personalized care plans.
