In this energetic and rewarding position, you will utilize your clinical expertise to diagnose, treat, and educate patients across a broad spectrum of dental needs. Your passion for personalized, quality patient care, combined with your technical skills, will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for at every visit. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology and imaging techniques. Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as dental restorations, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics. Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Conduct adult dentistry procedures with specialized care for patients, including behavior management and preventive treatments. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of all treatments performed in accordance with healthcare diagnosis standards. Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering a positive patient experience. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Qualifications Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental diagnosis, endodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and implant procedures. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and HIPAA regulations. Familiarity with dental office management software such as Open Dental, Eagle-soft or Dentrix is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform root canal therapy, prosthodontics procedures including dental fabrication and implant placement. Excellent patient communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
