Overview Endodontics Specialist at Dental Expression we offer you the opportunity to grow professionally and redesign your future, working in a top-tier clinic in San Diego, California. In this role, you will perform endodontic procedures and services for patients based on internal dental evaluations and treatment plans, diagnosing and treating complex cases. Responsibilities Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and support staff to develop effective treatment plans aligned with patient needs Perform advanced endodontic procedures: root canals, retreatment, and microsurgery. Deliver a patient experience that combines clinical excellence with a warm and caring approach. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including documentation of procedures, diagnoses, and patient communications in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient health Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, dental technology, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development Requirements DDS or DMD with a completed endodontics residency/specialty training. Current state dental license. Experience performing root canals, retreatment, and apicoectomies. (A minimum of 2 years of experience as an endodontist is preferred) Skilled in performing complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics as needed Strong client communication skills to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly and compassionately Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization processes within a dental office environment
Pay:
$600.00 - $850.00 per day
