Job Description
Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon San Jose & Cupertino | Silicon Valley, California Drs. Brian Cheng and Wen Fan are seeking a full-time Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our long-established private practice serving the Silicon Valley community. Built on more than three decades of clinical excellence, our practice is entering a planned ownership transition, and we are looking for more than an associate-we are seeking our next partner. Our practice provides the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, bone grafting, office-based anesthesia, pathology, facial trauma, and orthognathic surgery. We maintain hospital privileges at O'Connor Hospital and remain actively engaged with our referring community through interdisciplinary study clubs, continuing education, and long-standing professional relationships. Orthognathic surgery remains a defining part of our practice. We maintain an established referral network, an active surgical program, and believe in mentoring the next generation of surgeons interested in preserving and advancing this rewarding area of our specialty. We are seeking a surgeon who values clinical excellence, enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and referring doctors, and is excited by the opportunity to help grow an established private practice. A structured pathway to partnership is available after approximately one year for the right individual.
