Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and a passion for improving patient health. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating oral diseases, performing dental procedures, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that our patients receive comprehensive care in a comfortable setting. Minimum 2 years of dental practice experience required. Please only apply if you can extract teeth and do root canals. We are looking for a dentist who can also work on Saturdays. Responsibilities Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth and gums to diagnose oral diseases and conditions. Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training. Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Skills Proficient in medical documentation and familiar with medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control measures. Understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Experience with dental clinic software such as Eaglesoft or Epic is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health. Familiarity with prosthodontics is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
