Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate must be either board eligible or board certified . We have a group practice with generalists and specialists under one roof . Established over 40 years with stable staff and great facilities. Fee for service and insurance practice . No HMO or welfare. Microscope and cbct equipped Responsibilities Perform root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures with precision and adherence to best practices. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and diagnostic imaging interpretation. We take cbct on Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options to patients. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques during procedures. Provide patient education regarding endodontic treatments, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance. Qualifications Valid license to practice dentistry with completed residency in endodontics. Proven experience in performing root canal therapy , apicoectomies, post removals , retreatments cbct and microscope trained Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, and infection control standards. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately. Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency during treatments. Experience working in dental clinics or offices that utilize advanced technology and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
