We serve a large diverse and loyal patient base. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our growing practice on a part-time W-2 basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician who values quality dentistry, exceptional patient care, and a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using current standards of care. Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental services, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and removable prosthetics. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care. Review radiographs, clinical findings, and medical histories to ensure appropriate treatment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records. Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to provide an outstanding patient experience. Adhere to all OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and California Dental Practice Act regulations.Participate in maintaining a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture.
