We are an established, growing private dental practice in Tulare, looking for an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our team. FFS and PPO office. No Medi-cal . This is not a position where you will simply be expected to move from patient to patient. We believe great dentistry starts with trust, comprehensive diagnosis and giving patients the time and information they need to make the right decisions about their care. You will be joining a practice with an established patient base, a strong and experienced team, modern technology and systems designed to allow the doctor to focus on what matters most: providing excellent dentistry and taking care of patients. Experience Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in dental diagnosis, patient care, and medical documentation Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and dental fabrication processes Demonstrated ability to perform complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, oral surgery, and prosthodontics Experience working in a busy dental clinic environment with pediatric patients is highly desirable Familiarity with HIPAA standards and state healthcare regulations related to medical records and patient privacy Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and empathetically We are looking for a dentist who: Holds an active California dental license Is committed to high-quality, ethical and comprehensive dentistry Communicates well and enjoys developing relationships with patients Is confident diagnosing and presenting appropriate treatment Works collaboratively with the doctor and team Is dependable, motivated and professional Wants to continue learning and developing clinically Is looking for an opportunity to become an important part of a practice, not simply work a shift Experience with [molar endo / oral surgery / implants / Clear Aligners / Cosmetic dentistry / other procedures] is a plus but not required.
