Full-time, W-2 employee Job Description Barsoum Dental Upland is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established, patient-centered practice five days per week. We have built a five-star reputation in our community over many years, and we are looking for a doctor who shares our commitment to honest, high-quality care. No upselling. No production quotas. No corporate treatment targets. Our patients trust us because we only recommend what they actually need. We are looking for a doctor who practices the same way. This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor arrangement. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
