Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, oral examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced tools. Diagnose dental conditions accurately utilizing dental terminology and healthcare diagnosis principles, and develop effective treatment plans. Perform general dentistry procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Utilize dental software systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment recording to ensure seamless patient management. Practice Four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Communicate clearly with patients about their treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care instructions to foster trust and understanding. Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or dental office environment. Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards including HIPAA compliance. Experience performing a variety of procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, implants, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care. Knowledge of healthcare regulations including state healthcare laws and medical documentation requirements. $166,826.83 - $260,909.73 per year
