This role is designed for efficiency and earning potential, with strong new patient flow and incentives tied to starts and case completion. Orthodontists in this role manage a minimum of 85 patients per day , supported by experienced teams and streamlined workflows. At Risas, We Speak Patient™ , delivering clear communication and accessible care to improve outcomes for patients and providers.
