We are a startup practice with strong momentum and systems in place, offering a unique opportunity to grow clinically and financially in a supportive, high-performing environment.
Practice Highlights:
150+ new patients per month and growing Strong case acceptance and efficient systems 3 hygienists with continued expansion Fully digital, modern, high-end facility 4-day work week (8-4, with early Fridays off at 2pm) This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who: Is confident in diagnosing and presenting comprehensive treatment Is motivated to grow production and clinical skillset Enjoys a fast-paced, systems-driven environment Has experience or interest in advanced procedures (implants, endo, surgical, cosmetic) We offer a clear path for growth, including strong earning potential and long-term opportunities such as buy-in equity for the right fit. Our practice is continuing to scale toward a $5M+ model, and this role is positioned for a dentist who wants to be part of that growth and work with a motivated and proud team.
