$250K+ Earning Potential | 4-Day Workweek | High Patient Volume | 1099 Contract Yes Dental - Grand Junction & Delta, Colorado Our established multi-office dental practice on Colorado's Western Slope is looking for an experienced General Dentist to join our team on a 1099 independent contractor basis . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants a busy, established patient base and strong clinical support without the responsibilities of owning and managing a dental practice. We have offices in both Grand Junction and Delta , and we are looking for a dentist who is comfortable working between both locations. Why This Opportunity? Our practice has a high volume of patients and an established patient base, so you won't be responsible for building your own schedule or spending your time marketing for new patients. We are in-network with nearly all major insurance plans and serve a broad patient population. We also accept Medicaid, allowing us to provide care to patients who may have difficulty finding practices that participate with their coverage. Our dental teams are experienced and supported by EDDA's , allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing quality patient care. Clinical Services We are looking for a dentist comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry, including: Restorative dentistry Crowns and bridges Root canals Extractions Emergency dentistry Treatment planning Comprehensive general dentistry Implant experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule We prefer a four-day workweek , approximately: We currently work 4 days a week each office, 6 hour shifts, days are negotiable. 2 days in Grand Junction 2 days in Delta The offices are approximately 45 minutes apart . This position offers the opportunity to work in two established offices while maintaining a consistent four-day schedule. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with compensation based on collected production . Paid weekly on collected production. With our patient volume and established patient base, there is potential to earn $250,000+ annually , depending on production and collections. The earning potential is designed to allow a productive dentist to earn at a high level without the financial and administrative responsibilities that come with owning and operating a dental practice. The more you produce and collect, the more you earn. Why We're Hiring Our current contracted dentists have been an important part of our practice for many years and are approaching retirement. We are looking ahead and want to bring another dentist into the practice now so they can become familiar with our patients, team, systems, and both locations. Our practice has significant patient demand, and our current challenge is having enough dentist availability to meet that demand. Patients are currently waiting several weeks for appointments, and we want to expand our dentist coverage so that patients can receive timely care. This is not a position where you will be expected to build a patient base. We already have the patients. Who We're Looking For We prefer a dentist with experience in general dentistry, particularly someone who is comfortable independently performing: Root canals Extractions Restorative procedures Comprehensive treatment planning We are open to speaking with dentists at different stages of their careers, but experience is preferred over a brand-new graduate. The ideal candidate is dependable, clinically confident, comfortable in a busy environment, and enjoys working as part of a strong dental team. 1099 Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 contract position . The compensation structure is production-based, and the position does not include traditional employee benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, or other employee benefit programs.
