About Us We are a privately owned, well-established dental practice in Littleton, CO, seeking a full-time Associate General Dentist long-term opportunity. Our practice combines modern technology, a steady flow of new patients, and a supportive team environment to help our dentists thrive professionally. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, root canals, preventive care, and oral surgery. Remove third molars and place implants (preferred but not required). Diagnose and treat oral health conditions using advanced diagnostic tools. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Colorado dental license. Strong diagnostic abilities, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork skills. Experience with third molar extractions and implant placement preferred but not required.

What We Offer Compensation:

30-33% of adjusted production, lab fees covered.

Earning potential:

$180,000-$350,000 annually. Health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) with matching, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. Bonus opportunities for high production. Practice Highlights 10 operatories with state-of-the-art equipment. 3D imaging, digital X-rays, and oral scanners. Serves primarily PPO patients; no HMO plans. Strong new patient flow and long-term patient base. Schedule Monday to Friday. In-person position.
