Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Are you a people person who loves connecting with patients, building trust, and closing the sale? We are looking for a Bilingual Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a 4-day work week with an excellent compensation package, generous bonus opportunities, and a fun, supportive team environment. What You'll Do Welcome new patients and create an exceptional first impression. Present orthodontic treatment plans with confidence and enthusiasm. Clearly explain treatment options, financing, and costs. Guide patients through the decision-making process and confidently ask for their commitment. Focus on same-day treatment acceptance and achieving practice goals. Build strong relationships with patients and families through outstanding customer service. Work closely with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For Fluent in English and Spanish . Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to confidently discuss fees and financing. Comfortable asking for the sale and closing treatment the same day. Highly motivated, energetic, and goal-driven. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service. Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred but a strong sales background is highly valued.
