Job Description

The short version: this is a fully independent, essentially all-fee-for-service practice with no competing oral surgeon within an 80-mile radius , run three clinical days a week by an owner who is retiring after 33 years of practice ownership. Highlights
  • $1,420,520 in collections last full year on 133 surgical days
  • roughly $10,700 per day worked
  • ~$584,000 in seller's discretionary earnings (pre-normalization, per federal return)
  • ~90% of collections are cash / fee-for-service. The owner terminated all dental PPO participation in 2025
