Pediatric General Dentist (ASAP Ongoing) | Smyrna, DE A vibrant, high-volume dental practice in Smyrna is seeking a practitioner who thrives on working with children to fulfill an immediate, ongoing need. This flexible opportunity accommodates either a traditional locum tenens placement or a direct locum-to-permanent transition. An exceptional support structure features three dental hygienists in a dedicated six-operatory hygiene building, alongside five assistants and four administrative staff in a separate eight-operatory doctor facility next door.

Monday through Friday (No weekends)

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday:

9:00 AM - 4:00 PM;

Thursday:

9:00 AM - 3:00

PM Patient Volume:

Dynamic daily pacing of 45-65 pediatric patients per day across a dual-building campus

Clinical Scope:

Restorative care, fillings, crowns, extractions, and routine hygiene checks for a 100% pediatric patient mix; operatory layout accommodates left or right-handed dentists

Tech Stack:

EagleSoft charting software integrated with advanced
