Associate General Dentist - $350K-$450K+ Earning Potential Delray Dental Group is a growing and expanding dental practice seeking an experienced, motivated Associate General Dentist to join our team and grow with us. This position will initially be 2-3 days per week with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice continues to grow. We are looking for a provider who wants to establish themselves within the practice long-term and take advantage of significant growth and earning potential. Compensation & Opportunity 35% of net collections $650.00 Daily Guarantee for the first 90 days Performance-based sliding scale with the opportunity to earn a higher percentage based on performance Potential annual income of $350,000-$450,000+ as the position develops into full-time Initial schedule of 2-3 days per week Opportunity to transition into full-time Growing patient base and expanding practice Clinical Experience The ideal candidate should be comfortable providing comprehensive general dentistry, including: Restorative dentistry Crown and bridge Cosmetic dentistry Routine and surgical extractions Endodontic treatment, including molar endodontics Removable prosthodontics Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning General dentistry services from diagnosis through completion Implant placement experience is strongly preferred. We are specifically looking for a dentist who is comfortable handling more complex procedures and keeping treatment in-house whenever clinically appropriate.
