Job Description

Job Overview Billion Dollar Smile Dental Spa is hiring a Cosmetic Dentist to lead veneer and smile-design cases in our Delray Beach practice. This is not just a general associate role. The work here is aesthetic, elective, and highly visible, we're looking for a dentist who does their best work transforming smiles and takes pride in beautiful, natural-looking results.

THE WORK

Porcelain and composite veneers, single-tooth through full-arch Smile design and cosmetic case planning Gum contouring / gingivectomy Cosmetic restorative dentistry Comprehensive smile-makeover treatment planning Consultations — presenting cases, setting expectations, and guiding patients through elective decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Active Florida dental license in good standing Demonstrated veneer experience is a plus, confident through prep, temporization, shade selection, and final seat A strong aesthetic eye and genuine attention to detail Skilled at cosmetic case selection and treatment planning Personable and persuasive in consult; patients are choosing this work, not needing it Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Collaborative with treatment coordinators and clinical support staff.

PORTFOLIO

Cosmetic work is the core of this role, so documented results carry real weight. Before-and-after photography of completed veneer and smile-design cases is strongly preferred and will move your application to the top of the list.
