Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care tailored specifically for children and adolescents, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience for young patients. Your expertise will help promote lifelong oral health habits while delivering top-quality treatments in a friendly, nurturing environment. Responsibilities Perform pediatric dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning with precision and care Deliver a wide range of dental services including preventive care, restorations, extractions, and oral surgery tailored for children Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to accurately assess patient needs Educate patients and their guardians on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive strategies Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques and sterilization procedures Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to provide efficient four-handed dentistry for optimal patient comfort Communicate clearly with young patients and their families to foster trust and understanding throughout treatment Requirements Valid state dental license with specialization or certification in Pediatric Dentistry Proven experience in pediatric dentistry, including dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient assessment Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to pediatric patients Familiarity with dental implants, orthodontics, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, oral surgery, and other specialized procedures for children Ability to perform dental extractions, oral surgery, endodontic treatments, and prosthodontic procedures effectively Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques in a clinical setting Excellent client communication skills to educate young patients and their families effectively Experience working in a fast-paced dental office environment with a focus on pediatric care Join our team to help shape healthier smiles! Pay:
$125,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
