Schedule:

Coverage dates 6/15•7/2

Monday & Thursday Hours:

9am•6pm

Tuesday & Wednesday Hours:

8am•5pm

Friday Hours:

8am•12pm

Setting:

Clinic Procedures/Cases:

98% of patients are adults.

Procedures needed:

Fillings, Ortho•Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry.

Number of Dental Assistants:

1-2 per dentist,

Number of Hygienists:

1

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-2 days

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Facility Location Palm Beach Gardens is on the rise.
