About the Company We are seeking an exceptional Endodontist to join our state-of-the-art, multi-specialty practice. Position Summary This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive compensation package and flexible benefits that can be negotiated to meet your needs. As an Endodontist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive endodontic services in collaboration with our dentists and other specialists, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The earning potential for a part-time associate would be $200k+ and full-time $500k+ (upwards of $1 million). Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough endodontic examinations and consultations
  
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for a wide range of endo conditions
  
• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical endodontic procedures (IV sedation preferred)
  
• Educate patients on endodontic health and preventive measures
  
• Collaborate closely with our team of dental specialists to provide exceptional integrated care Qualifications
• DMD/DDS degree with advanced training in Endodontics (IV Sedation preferred)
  
• Current state license and certifications
  
• Excellent surgical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
