In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform smiles through precise diagnosis, effective treatment planning, and compassionate patient communication. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for various dental conditions, including restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements. Conduct dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and dental implants with precision and aseptic technique. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws by maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of all patient interactions. Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness. Collaborate with team members utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment in accordance with OSHA standards. Requirements Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as a General Dentist. Proficiency in open dental software management systems. Demonstrated experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare diagnosis processes relevant to dentistry. Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and empathetically. Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant procedures preferred. Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice. Ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry techniques while maintaining high standards of patient care.
