Join Our Team at Tarpon Shores Dental! Tarpon Shores Dental, part of Shore Dental Partners, is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered dental care to the Venice community. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our collaborative team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values clinical excellence, enjoys building lasting patient relationships, and wants to practice in a modern, supportive environment equipped with the latest technology. You'll have the autonomy to provide comprehensive care while working alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient experiences. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive oral examinations and develop personalized treatment plans. Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions for patients of all ages. Provide restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental services. Perform procedures such as crowns, bridges, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental treatments. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic dental records. Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to provide exceptional patient care. Stay current with advances in dentistry through continuing education and professional development. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Florida Dental License in good standing. Strong clinical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry. Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
