  • 5:00 PM Responsibilities Provide thorough examinations to determine overall dental health Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection Diagnose and treat dental conditions Perform pediatric restorative and preventive dental procedures Consult with dental specialists when appropriate Supervise and support clinical staff Educate patients and parents on oral health and hygiene Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards Services Offered Comprehensive pediatric dentistry Preventive dental care Restorative dentistry Extractions Pulp therapy and pediatric endodontics Oral health education Growth and development monitoring Family-focused treatment planning Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed $1,500 per day for the first year ($312,000 annualized) Production bonus opportunities Equity/ownership opportunity available after one year Established patient base from day one Modern facility and technology Supportive and experienced team environment Long-term growth potential Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Dentistry Active state dental license or eligibility for licensure CPR, BLS, and NPI certifications Strong understanding of pediatric dental standards and treatment planning Excellent communication skills with children and parents Strong verbal and written communication skills Private practice experience preferred but not required Contact & Application Text Jeremy at 218-206-5091 for a confidential conversation or email your resume to .
