Job Overview South Georgia Smiles is a growing family dental practice in Albany, Georgia, serving children and adults throughout Southwest Georgia. Our patient population is primarily pediatric, providing new dentists with significant hands-on clinical experience and the opportunity to build confidence and efficiency across a broad range of general and pediatric dental procedures. • Full-time:

  4-5 days per week

• Part-time:

  Minimum 2 days per week

• Monday-Friday:

  9:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Saturday:

  9:00 AM-1:00 PM

• Perform comprehensive examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide preventive and restorative dental care for children and adults
• Perform procedures including restorations, extractions, sealants, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, space maintainers, and other general and pediatric dental procedures within the dentist's training and comfort level
• Review and interpret digital radiographs and other diagnostic imaging
• Educate patients and parents regarding treatment and preventive oral healthcare
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with dental assistants, administrative staff, and other providers
• Maintain appropriate infection-control and patient-safety standards Qualifications
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current Georgia dental license or eligibility to obtain Georgia licensure
• New graduates and early-career dentists are encouraged to apply

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
