Dentist Facility:

Albany, GA Dates:

Sept 16-17, 23-24, 28-30, Oct 1,5-6, 12-13, 19-20, 26-27, Nov 2-3, 9-10, 16-17, 23-24, 30, Dec 1, 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 28-29.

Hours:

8a-6p lunch 12p-1p

Clinical Staff:

2 Hygiene 4 DA Required procedures: including but not limited to: Surgical extractions, Denture steps/ Digital dentures, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning Avg patients per day: 20-30 Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth. Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$200 per hour

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary

Requirements:
