  • Part-time, Contract Are you an experienced dental associate looking for a rewarding part-time role with a thriving, patient-centered, family owned practice?
We are a well-established general dentistry practice in the Grayson/Lawrenceville area seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join our team 3 days per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive, modern environment with an engaged patient base — without the demands of full-time schedule.

daily guarantee with production-based percentage once threshold is met 3 days per week schedule — enjoy true work-life balance Modern, technology-forward office with up-to-date equipment Warm, collaborative team culture where you'll feel at home from day one Established and loyal patient base — no building from scratch Mentorship and professional growth opportunities Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Duties & Responsibilities Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize dental imaging techniques including X-rays to accurately diagnose and plan treatments Perform oral surgery procedures and provide clear post-operative instructions to support optimal patient recovery Collaborate with our clinical team using four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options with a compassionate, professional approach Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain the highest standards of patient safety Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant dental and medical records using practice management software (Open Dental) Qualifications & Skills DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active Georgia dental license in good standing 2+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Open Dental Strong skills in extractions, restorative care, endodontics, and prosthodontics Solid understanding of dental and medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control standards Ability to interpret dental imaging and apply findings to comprehensive treatment planning Experience with pediatric patients is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations Working knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements Start Date We are actively interviewing now and looking to bring the right candidate on board as soon as possible.
