Since 1990, we've been committed to providing conservative, patient-centered care while creating positive dental experiences for children and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established patient base with a supportive, experienced team. Schedule Part-time Flexible schedule Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including exams, preventive care, and restorative treatment Perform pulpotomies and place stainless steel crowns Educate children and parents on oral health and treatment options Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety Experience with sleep appliances is a plus but not required Requirements DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency Active Georgia dental license or eligibility for licensure Minimum of 2 years of pediatric dentistry experience preferred Confident performing pulpotomies and stainless steel crowns Passion for working with children and providing exceptional patient care Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits Negotiable daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater) for the first 3 months After 3 months: 30% of collections up to $50,000 per month 35% of collections above $50,000 per month Continuing Education (CE) allowance Professional development support Established patient base Modern technology and equipment Supportive, experienced team Clinical autonomy in a patient-centered practice If you're passionate about pediatric dentistry and are looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with an established, growing practice, we'd love to hear from you.
