Applicants without their own office will not be considered. Military Evaluation Services (MES) is hiring a
PART-TIME 1099 DENTIST
Examiner to perform dental and TMD exams for America's Veterans and Service Members as part of the Veterans Benefits Administration's disability claims process ( also called Compensation and Pension exams ). The Examiner will conduct a brief interview, review the Veteran's records, perform the exam, record the responses and data in a portal, and add a medical opinion (if requested). This process provides the support that allows the VBA to determine service-connection status and rating (monetary disbursement). The ideal Examiner has experience conducting C&P exams (not required) There is no treatment, no on-call responsibilities, no scheduling, and no billing necessary on your behalf. CREDENTIALING and
HIRING REQUIREMENTS
2 years dentistry post-graduate experience required. Applicants without their own office will not be considered. Curriculum Vitae (CV) or Resume. Dentist degree from a regional-accredited university. Current and unrestricted state practitioner's license with no pending criminal case. Complete credentialing applications and submit additional documents within 2 calendar days of credentiailng invitation. Complete required 12-14 hours of VBA video module training within 2 weeks Other requirements established by the credentialing and hiring agencies that meet company, local, state, and federal standards or policies.
PAYMENTS
are based per case.
Pay:
$600.00 - $1,000.00 per day
