Tooth Haven in Ankeny, Iowa is adding a pediatric dentist. Part-time or full-time, you pick the days. We opened in August 2025 in a brand-new, fully digital office and we're already past what one doctor's schedule can hold. We need a second doctor who likes treating kids.

WHAT YOU GET

$1,300 per day guaranteed minimum, or 30% of production, whichever is greater. Four days a week puts the floor right around $250,000 a year. Two days is about $125,000. A full schedule takes it well past that. 2, 3, or 4 days a week. You tell us what works. Part-time doctors get the same daily rate. Regular in-office IV sedation days with an MD anesthesiologist, and we're adding more sedation days this fall. If you trained on sedation cases and want to keep doing them, you can. Signing bonus up to $10,000 (full amount at four days a week, prorated for fewer). Malpractice covered. Flexible start. General dentists with real pediatric volume who enjoy the work will be considered. Iowa dental license or license-eligible.
