Post Falls, Idaho (Beautiful Coeur d'Alene/Spokane Pacific Northwest area)
Schedule:
Part-Time or Full-Time (No Weekends) Daily rate $1500.00 Sign-On /
Relocation:
$20K upon signing (for Full Time Commitment)
Earning Potential:
up to $450,000 Base Salary (Depending on PT or FT status) + 30% to 35% Net Production About Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is excited to welcome a compassionate, full or part-time Pediatric Dentist to our warm, team-centered practice in Post Falls, Idaho. This role is ideal for a specialist who is passionate about pediatric care, values collaboration, and enjoys building long-term relationships with children and families. You will step into an established, high-volume pediatric patient base in a practice known for delivering gentle, high-quality care. Our experienced auxiliary team handles the scheduling, administration, and overhead, allowing you to focus entirely on your patients. Job Requirements Education & Specialty:
Successful completion of an accredited US Pediatric Dentistry Residency program (Board Certified or Board Eligible preferred).
Licensure:
Active Idaho Dental License, or active Washington Dental License (with the ability to obtain ID licensure via reciprocity).

Strong communication skills, excellent behavior management capabilities, and a commitment to clinical excellence. Role Requirements Education:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
Specialty:
Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited postgraduate residency program (Open to upcoming/recent graduates!).
Licensure:
Active (or eligible to obtain) Idaho and/or Washington dental license.
Certifications:
BLS/PALS
certification.
