Description:
To provide general dental services for
VNA Health Center Patients Primary Functions:
Provide a high standard of dental care encompassing preventive, operative, periodontal, oral surgery and other dental treatments as needed, according to the VNA Health Center Dental Scope of Practice. To remain current in clinical expertise through utilization of continuing education. To meet dental program productivity standards and goals as outlined by 330 Grant guidelines. To exhibit professional behavior and leadership qualities in presence of patients and other dental staff. Participates in quality improvement/assurance activities. Familiarizes and complies with all VNA policies and procedures. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an American Dental Association dental school or foreign equivalent. Must be eligible for dental licensure in the State of Illinois.
