• 7pm Wednesday, 9am
• 6pm Thursday and Friday, 8am
• 5pm

Procedures/Cases:

98% of patients are adults.

Procedures needed:

Fillings, Ortho

• Invisalign Certified, Crowns, Bridges, Restore Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry.

Number of Dental Assistants:

1-2 per dentist,

Number of Hygienists:

1

Credentialing Timeframe:

~1-2 days

Requirements:

Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
