Associate General Dentist Dental on 45 Grayslake, IL Job Details Part-time 11 hours ago Qualifications Nitrous Oxide Certification General dentistry Dental License BLS Certification DEA License Full Job Description Established, busy, private practice located in Grayslake area. No HMO, No Medicaid insurance accepted. In network with PPO and fee for service. Seeking a part time dentist to work 2 Mondays and 2 Wednesdays a month. Compensation 35-40 % of collections, pay is based on experience. Office collects almost 100%.
