Summary We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dynamic team in Norridge and Schaumburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality dental care, enhancing patient experiences, and contributing to our mission of fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental examinations and assessments Perform various dental procedures including oral surgery, extractions, and root canal therapy Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Ensure compliance with infection control protocols Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Valid state dental license Strong knowledge of pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and oral surgery Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to ongoing professional development.
