Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist with a strong interest in pediatric dentistry to join our thriving, patient-centered practice. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on creating positive dental experiences for children and families. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fully digital, technology-driven office with a proven annual production of $2 million. Our schedule offers a healthy work-life balance with Monday through Friday clinical hours. We provide a competitive daily minimum plus a performance-based bonus structure, along with individualized mentorship to support your professional growth. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations for both pediatric and adult patients Develop and present individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs and comfort level Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including preventive, restorative, endodontic, and minor surgical procedures Deliver compassionate, behavior-guided care to pediatric patients, fostering positive and comfortable dental experiences Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations Utilize Dentrix software for patient records, scheduling, and treatment coordination Adhere strictly to infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate effectively with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to ensure seamless patient care Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in pediatric and general dentistry Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active and unrestricted state dental license Strong clinical foundation in general dentistry with interest or experience in pediatric care Comfortable treating children and adolescents, with excellent chairside manner Knowledge of dental terminology and proper clinical documentation practices Experience with four-handed dentistry preferred Familiarity with endodontic procedures is a plus Understanding of infection control standards and compliance regulations Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with patients and families Ability to thrive in a productive, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail What We Offer Competitive daily minimum plus bonus structure Individualized mentorship and clinical support Fully digital office with updated technology 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Supportive, team-oriented work environment Join a practice where you can make a meaningful impact on children and families while advancing your clinical skills in a collaborative and growth-focused setting.
